JOB SUMMARY: Processes incoming purchase orders/proposals received through Electronic Date Interface (EDI), fax, internet, telephone, e-mail, mail, etc. Provides verbal and written communication with government and commercial customers, and the general public. Provides administrative and research support to Marketing and Sales Personnel as needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:

• Excellent Communication Skills; verbal and written.
• Good math skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Computer literate using Microsoft Office.
• Customer Order Processing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 1 year Customer Service experience.
• 1 year order/data processing.
