A stand-out candidate would have knowledge of Lean,5s, Six Sigma and overall good manufacturing practices. JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises Berkeley production personnel at all stages of daily production. Ensures all machinery is in working order and that all production employees have been formally trained for performing their daily routine duties. Ensure employees are always using the proper PPE. Empower employees by providing the necessary visual aids needed for optimal productivity and potential opportunity. Responsible for the overall efficiency of the production department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· Five years manufacturing experience.

· Two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
