We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with clients and schools.
- Assist with calendar management for executives and team members.
- Oversee the filing system and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with training development for new employees.
- Provide support to the team by handling various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
