Edison Home Health Care is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Specialist

Edison Home Health Care recently relocated to Industry City Brooklyn. Industry City is NYC’s most diverse creative hub, housing more than 550 companies from design and media to technology and manufacturing. The six million-square foot, 35-acre campus along Brooklyn’s waterfront is a thriving ecosystem where 8,500 people come to work daily. With restaurants, pop-up shops, private event space, food and furniture retailers, and abundant outdoor space, IC has something for every type of New Yorker– from hustling entrepreneurs and scaling business owners to bar hoppers and the backyard-less.

On weekdays, IC is a bustling workplace for professionals across disciplines. After hours and on weekends, it becomes Brooklyn’s unofficial backyard, offering live music, festivals, great dining, and exciting retail experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are on the phone 3-4hrs per day alongside your team.Managing a full schedule (80 daily) of incoming and outbound calls with the goal of converting provided leads, the role is 100% phone based.
  • Transferring qualified and converted callers to appropriate intake departments within the Edison HHC and coding accordingly in CRM, portals.
  • CRM: Documenting all work in our database, maintaining a contact management strategy in Salesforce.
  • Appropriately managing prospective leads of various backgrounds and needs across the state of New York.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience - Required
  • Documented Sales Success and multiple work-related references
  • Bilingual Spanish - Preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills – including listening, comprehending, advising, and consulting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality that can be heard through the phone.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven.
  • We are looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is persistent and tenacious.
