Client is open to a Permanent Hire, a Contractor, or a Contract-to-Hire candidate. Ideally be onsite in NY but they are open to remote work as well.

The Tools Specialist is responsible for providing technical value through Epicor for every department at client including external parties, PowerBI, Integral, Medius, and other companies.

The person will be managing and implementing numerous reports, dashboards, and business processes to enhance client User experience.

This person will be the direct linkage for creating data analytical reports that are used to capture potential cost saving areas.

The desired person to fulfill this role will require expert project management and technical knowledge in Epicor specifically with table, fields, BAQ, BPMs, and Dashboards.

Core Responsibilities Creation and management of BAQ / uBAQ. Creation and management of BPM. Creation and management of Dashboards.

Creation and management of Customizations / Personalization's. Creation and management of SSRS Reports. Creation and management of Crystal Reports.

Epicor troubleshoot with Epicor support and external consultants. DMT management. Remediate issues / requests for Epicor and Power BI platforms.

Manage Business Intelligence dashboards and datasets. Assist in Implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and optimize system performance.

Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience with Epicor (preferably in 10.2) and the areas listed above.

Minimum of 3 years' experience with Epicor Administration Console. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or related fields.

Strong communication, interpersonal, project management skills and attention to details. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and with a team.
