Position Summary
An Account Executive has a crucial role in driving ourgrowth through new customer acquisitions and maintaining high levels ofcustomer success to increase net revenue retention. Your primary focus will be onoutbound prospecting and sales hunting activities, as well as identifying andsecuring new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain. You will workclosely with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity needs andchallenges, proposing customized solutions that align with their businessmission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies toidentify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in the cybersecuritysector.
• Perform sales hunting activities, including cold calling,emailing, social selling, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of leads.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the cybersecuritylandscape, including emerging threats, solutions, and competitive offerings.
• Present and demonstrate our cybersecurity solutions topotential customers, highlighting their benefits and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing / the Go to Market team toleverage campaigns and events for lead generation.
• Work closely with the technical / solutions architect teamto ensure proposed solutions accurately address client needs and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities,including calls, meetings, and negotiations, in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the field to help shape futureproduct offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years ofexperience in outbound prospecting and sales hunting, preferably in thecybersecurity or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends,and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in afast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and office productivity software andsales enablement tool
