Duties:
- Verify patient information, collect co-pays, and process insurance information
- Data Entry
- Answer phone calls, and manage the front desk area
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix)
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Proficient in using office software and electronic dental records systems (Open Dental preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of dental terminology

You will be responsible for managing the front desk area, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and ensuring smooth operations.
