Akey player for Eco Services’ Commercial Team, this position is accountable forleading the sales function and establishing and implementing the sales budgetand account plan for the largest sales territory.The Account Executive must implement acommercial strategy to grow sales in territory by obtaining new customers andgrowing the wallet share of existing customers.The Account Executive is challenged with establishing refining relationshipsat Senior and operator levels, assisting to solve customer deliveries andinvoice issues due to the global focus of the customers.
Thisgeographic territory that this position covers is the Midwest, Eastern Canada,and the Gulf Coast.The territory iscomprised of over $30,000,000 in sales to some of ECO Services’ major strategicaccounts.The position will be locatedin Houston, TX.The Account Executive isrequired to effectively interface with various ECO Services’ plant and customerservice personnel in order to accomplish the sales objectives and tacticallycoordinate the needs of the customers from many different market segments.
MajorTasks and Duties:

Establish relationships with Senior refinery management personnel as well as the Sulfuric Acid consumers inside the refining complexes.Arrange meetings when necessary between Eco Services management and customer management. Become an expert on the distributor activity in the territory.Lead the account management for the regional distributors. Identify and secure new Sulfuric Acid Regeneration and Sulfuric Acid accounts. Develop a deep understanding of the operations and value chain of the customers in the territory in order to provide business managers with information for strategic decisions. Obtain and report market information in the weekly update letter submitted to the Sales and Marketing Director. Participate in major negotiations with customers. Submit detailed call reports for all customer visits. Assist in customer account collections in needed. Implement and communicate pricing and contract term to customers when necessary. Assist Technical Service team with scheduling audits and safety training at customer locations. |
