Currently, we are hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist (focus on Real Estate) at our headquarters in Gilbert, AZ! The AP Specialist is responsible for the invoice entry portion of the accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices and/or payment requests are processed through the organization's systems timely, accurately and in compliance with company policies. This role involves coding, reviewing, and entering all AP related expenses (invoices, payment requests, expense reports) into multiple accounts payable software.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

• Confirms coding with the business users before invoice entry
• Reviews invoices in Beanworks (OCR) and submits for approval
• Creates recurring invoices as needed in Sage Intacct
• Creates manual invoices as needed in Sage Intacct
• Formats and uploads an excel template for mass invoice entry
• Pays invoices through online portals if needed
• Sets up and manages utility and telecom accounts for locations/branches
• Assists in AP and Real Estate inbox management
• Works closely with Real Estate, FP&A and Accounting departments
• Assists with front desk duties as needed
• Completes special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 years of AP experience or AA degree 18 months of AP experience
• Independent with strong prioritizing skills and the ability to handle a high volume of tasks
• Intermediate to advanced skills of Excel to include pivot tables and v-lookups
• Experience with Sage Inacct, preferred
• Experience with multiple entities or branches, preferred
