Responsibilities :
- Generate Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the thriving energy efficiency sector through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insulation needs for residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.
- Proposal Development: Create and present customized insulation solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements and budget considerations.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of insulation and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, and multifamily construction processes is a plus.
