Role Description
This is a full-time on-site human resources manager role in Temecula, CA. Our Human Resources Manager will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. They will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
