Manage all front desk duties

Assist/ report to office manager with everyday tasks

Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member

Coordinate messenger and courier service

Type documents, reports, and correspondence

Order, monitor and maintain office supplies

Keep office area clean and tidy

Send invoices / accept payments

Post and maintain ebay listings

Help in all departments as needed

Auto parts sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
