A state farm agency is looking for 1 to 2 custom care positions.

Base Salary 50k to 60K

Full time, M-F, 9 am 5 pm, on site

Looking for someone with around 3 years of experience

Looking for people who are fully licensed (Life, Health and P&C)

If they come from another State Farm agency that would be a big plus

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
