Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and promoting our services to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Market and sell memberships to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our membership services
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Utilize technology platforms to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Negotiate pricing and terms of membership agreements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes, including CRM software and presentation tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in account management is a plus
