Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of sales associates, driving sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance
- Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations, and address any inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or business is preferred
