Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and revenue through market research, business development, and account management. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and visits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote membership benefits
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based organization or related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events
