Job: Network Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

The Network Systems Administrator has the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure, support, security and compliance.
• Must insure the uninterrupted day to day operations of all technology and operational processes.
• Interface and manage productive relationships with web developers, application vendors, VOIP vendors, hardware vendors and other associated vendors.

Requirements:

The Network Systems Administrator should have the following skills, education, and experience:

• Seeking five years of proven experience as a Network Administrator.
• Knowledge of computer network facilities, current computer platforms, operating systems, applications, security methods and network management tools.
• Experience supporting MS Windows 10 and/or 11 workstations in an Active Directory Domain environment.
• Installation and configuration of Windows 2012/2016/2019 domains, Group Policy, and Active Directory
• Knowledge and experience working with servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, SSL).
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and resolve common network problems.
• Provide service desk and technical support to users.
• VOIP phone system experience desired.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
• Skilled in communicating technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Good customer service skills

• Some lifting (up to 30 lbs.). Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

CAL was formed in order to serve as a financing provider to a network of dealerships and customers, as well as capture a pipeline of hand-selected, off lease vehicles that provide the highest-quality pre-owned car inventory for AutoLenders locations.
