The HR Generalist, reporting directly to the President, will participate in a variety of activities related to the Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training, and Compliance functions of the Human Resources Department. Job Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner
- Administer various HR programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and coordinating meetings
- Other duties as assigned
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in conflict management and resolution
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience with performance management processes and tools
