Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
The Sanctuary of West St. Paul is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beatiful and active Senior Living in West St. Paul, MN. Supported by a Director of Health Nurse and Resident Assistant Caregivers.
Nursing schedule includes;
- 72 hours per two weeks, part-time schedule
- Day shifts
- Every other weekend and possible holiday rotations

Responsibilities/Job Description:- Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
- Implements new and updates current resident care plan
- Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
- Leads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
- Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
- Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
Required:
- Current MN RN license or by start date
BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently
enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be
obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent
practice
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
