Job Overview:

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office operations and procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone systems
- Oversee and coordinate team management activities
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Skills:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work

- Proficiency in data entry

- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member

- Desire to learn

This position offers the opportunity to work in a small CPA firm where your skills will be valued and utilized effectively. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational abilities and a passion for administrative tasks, we encourage you to apply for this role.
