Marketing Director

Hybrid (Cave Creek/101) | Salary range: 75-125k, DOE​

We’re looking for someone capable of doing the impossible – marketing bacon. Okay, it’s actually eBacon, which is just as tasty, but a bit less well known than what’s at the grocery store. That brings us to this job, which is to bring our brand to fame by driving marketing efforts. The ideal person will have successfully marketed a B2B SaaS company providing lead gen for an outside sales team, be passionate about driving organizational change and be comfortable with chocolate covered bacon and 10-foot-tall blow-up pigs.

• Drive digital marketing channels with a metric-minded approach (PPC, SEO, Email).
• Work closely with sales to improve processes and conversions.
• Generate, recognize, execute, track and evaluate creative ideas to market our products.
• Boldly explore new channels and methods to educate, attract and convert clients.
• Help further our plans for world domination, or at least within our corner of the software market.

We want someone with a truly collaborative spirit, amazing communication skills and the ability to guide, encourage and grow a diverse team. It is important that you love metrics, are way too excited about strategy and willing to try new approaches to reach our company’s goals. It’s critical that you can work well with a highly dynamic and passionate group, including everything from data analysts and code-junkies to the token vegan.

Hybrid schedule requirements: In-office 2-3 days/weekly

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with the following skills:

• Extensive knowledge of advertising platforms and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management, organization and communication skills that are second to none.
• The ability to do competitive analysis, understand the intricacies of the industry and identify opportunities.
