The Banquet House Person will provide assistance for all banquet events by setting-up, breaking down, and cleaning all areas of banquet facilities.
1. Ability to understand guests' service needs.
2. Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period.
3. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervison.
4. Ability to exert physical effort in transporting linen, supplies and heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs and dance floors.
