Purpose: The Payroll Manager oversees and directs the payroll team in completion of their daily and rhythmic tasks which comprise the end-to-end payroll process and ensures the accurate and timely payment of both salary and hourly team members for all payroll events (including but not limited to regular, overtime, incentive, etc.) while complying with company policies and government regulations. This role also validates team member data changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations for salary team members across the enterprise. This position collaborates extensively with leaders of Human Resources (HR), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Operations Leaders to develop efficiency gains, ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance in the execution of all payroll responsibilities.As a people leader, this individual will also be expected to perform supervisory duties such as performance management, team engagement, coaching, etc.
