Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently seeking Service/Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join one of the largest residential and commercial property management companies in the area. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain proficiency in all aspects of general maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, hazardous material abatement, apartment turn-over, and appliance repairs in adherence to company standards and under the direction of management.
• Foster positive and proactive interactions with customers to enhance their Irvine Company experience.
• Handle service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance tasks across the community.
• Ensure common areas and grounds meet company standards by conducting inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
• Work safely, completing tasks in accordance with established protocols, and actively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage inventory of parts and appliances, maintaining facility orderliness.
• Execute property preventative maintenance and upkeep on necessary systems and equipment.
• Fulfill porter duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications / Expectations:

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Availability for on-call duty during after-hours emergencies and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Punctual and consistent attendance.
• Physical capability to perform various tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, squatting, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, overhead reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 118 pounds of force.
