Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Production Leads for one of the areas fastest growing companies. The Production Lead coordinates and supervises daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. This position oversees production staff, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and fosters continuous improvement. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of production activities and efficiently and competitively delivering innovative bedding solutions to customers. Candidates with experience in a production environment and supervising others, are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Ensure timely and efficient achievement of production goals and objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in production processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Train and mentor production staff on equipment and processes.
• Monitor and document employee attendance and performance.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and production records.
• Count raw materials to complete work orders accurately.
• Prioritize detail-oriented tasks, including completing paperwork.

Requirements:

• Some previous experience in production and supervision is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrate dependability and a sense of urgency.
• Lead by example and exhibit a strong work ethic.
