Your Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of designated HR functions, driving initiatives forward with autonomy and collaboration.
  • Develop, assess, and implement top-tier HR programs to enhance the quality of life and capabilities of our team.
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Engage in special projects and tasks to support continuous improvement.
  • Play a pivotal role in building our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with other departments to optimize overall business operations.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Extensive HR generalist background with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and payroll.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Passion for HR and people development, with a commitment to delivering excellence in client service.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • High emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing and relevant certifications (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Paycom, is advantageous.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience with labor unions is advantageous.
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional technical expertise in HR best practices and operations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cost structures and financial outcomes.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and manage remote teams effectively.
