Our client, a growing boutique firm, prides itself on delivering personalized attention and maintaining a legacy of excellence. With a focus on serving private operating businesses, real estate development, and providing estate planning and employment law advisory services, the firm has garnered a reputation that extends far beyond its intimate size.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join this close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience and possess a passion for cultivating strong client relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive environment while engaging in sophisticated legal practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective estate and tax planning solutions tailored to each client.
  • Draft wills, trusts, advanced directives, and other estate planning documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance on probate and tax laws, as well as advanced planning and trust techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • Three to five years of experience practicing estate planning law.
  • Proficiency in drafting wills, trusts, and advanced directives.
  • Strong understanding of probate and tax laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
