What you will do at Easterseals:

• Oversee and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans for therapy and follows through on treatment plan implementation
• Oversee a small, dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordination of care

Qualifications for this role include:

• Must have current certification as a BCBA with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Must have state license and maintain current licensure
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
