Job Description
Behavior Analyst provides behavioral support by assisting staff on dealing with children until they have regained sufficient control to return to the classroom. Responsible for implementation of behavior plans and data collection according to students IEP. Position requires hands on student contact in both physical (approved physical interventions only) procedures and counseling capacity. Provide overall support to the educational program at the preschool and school age. In addition, may assist preventatively to avoid emotional and/or behavioral breakdowns. Other duties may include but are not limited to classroom observation, setting up individual schedules for students in need. Creating Programs or schedules as needed for students.
