Description
The Residential Manager provides managerial and direct support to more than one licensed or unlicensed settings. Direct development, implementation and oversight of residential services (typically two or more houses) of Easterseals Blake Foundation Community Living Services including management of program and program staff, compliance with all contractual, financial, and documentation requirements, as well as ensuring consistent and quality delivery of services. Duties include assessing, evaluating, and supervising services for individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental health challenges. Responsible for coordinating applicable services, social, vocational, educational, and community services/activities with residents.
This position is distinguished from other CLS direct care positions by its responsibility for direct training of direct support professionals, implementation of program plans, program organization, and participating in medical, individual service plans, and social service activities directly related to ensuring the highest quality of support to residents. The Residential Manager works with the Residential Coordinator to perform the following:
