REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field plus 5 or more years of proven Accounting experience. Requires a strong background in financial accounting and a solid understanding of cost accounting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Working knowledge of regulatory standards (GAAP) (DFARS) (FAR) is preferred.
Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Working Knowledge of Deltek, Costpoint is a plus. Proficient in the use of technology and automation to achieve overall business goals. Ability to read and interpret documents such as Company policies/procedures, general business periodicals, professional documents, and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, government officials, and the public. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and have an attention to detail.
