Role Description
The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and medical terminology.
They will assist with various administrative tasks within the medical office.
Qualifications
- Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Medical Office skills
- Experience in insurance verification and familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
