Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to promote our organization's mission and services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Duties:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of our organization's programs and services
- Collaborate with community partners, organizations, and stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships
- Coordinate and facilitate outreach events, workshops, and presentations
- Utilize social media platforms to promote events, engage with the community, and share relevant information
- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records, tracking outreach efforts, and preparing reports
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate the community about our organization's mission and initiatives
- Recruit volunteers and coordinate their involvement in outreach activities
- Assist with fundraising efforts to support program expansion and sustainability
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in public health, social work, and addiction counseling to inform outreach strategies

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong background in social work or related field is highly desirable
- Experience in social media management is a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and report preparation
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with fundraising techniques and strategies
