Position Title: Sales Outreach Liaison
Overview: The Sales Outreach Liaison presents and sells the community lifestyle to the prospective healthcare resident – from initial professional referral lead through closing – leading to deposits and gains in occupancy. This individual is responsible for meeting with prospective residents and family members through telephone contact, personal appointments and will apply effective sales techniques which include a thorough discovery process, pipeline management tools, consultative and relational selling practices.
The Sales Outreach Liaison is also a direct contributor role in Outreach with the goal of driving new professional referral leads to the community while
ensuring that the analytical data is compiled, entered in the CRM correctly, and shared throughout departments, as they impact the operations of others. Weekly one on one appointments are pre-set with clinical professionals for the purpose of advancing our brand in the marketplace and establishing ongoing referral relationships. A set of Critical Success Factors must be met for this role to be successful which are measured on a monthly metric basis.
This role acts as a liaison with the sales and healthcare teams and ensures that all professional, healthcare referral leads are generated that adequately fuel successful sales outcomes to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy for Assisted Living and Memory Support. Lead referral activities are documented on a sales board and shared on a weekly basis with management and the sales team. This position also participates in the healthcare pre-assessment process for qualifying prospects that are appropriate for move in and attends the weekly UR healthcare meetings with the nursing team in the Three Palms Building.
You Have:
College bachelor’s degree preferred-Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Home Health, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Proven sales experience including commissioned sales
At least three years in marketing/sales in a healthcare setting preferred.
