Integration Services Manager

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Responsible for the management of interface engines, including the creation and modification of new interfaces to connect different hospital systems, both clinical and non-clinical using industry-standard solutions including HL7 and FHIR. The Integration Manager will report into a larger integration team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for specification review and interface implementation for new interfaces.
  • Modify and support all existing interfaces as needed to support business and clinical operations.
  • Effectively troubleshoot interfaces.
  • Responsible for the careful implementation of enhanced engine features.
  • Successfully project manage all interface development.
  • Ensure appropriate support and installation of interface requests.
  • Design and develop SQL queries to extract report data from hospital systems.
  • Produce tables, graphs, and charts for reports and presentations.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a related business field.
  • Knowledge of integration engine software and concepts. Knowledge of experience with Databases and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR preferred. Knowledge of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Business Intelligence and Crystal Reports preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

  • Successfully complete a 4 panel drug screen*
  • Meet Regulatory Requirements for pre employment screenings.
  • Provide a copy of any required New York State license(s)/certificate(s).

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements could result in a delayed start date and/or revocation of the employment offer.
