Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed
- Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques is beneficial
- Experience in wireless sales, jewelry sales, or technology sales is desirable
