The most important thing is the Guests expereince and all that has to come together to provide a positive experience
Complete Menu Knowledge Food and Alcohol
Maintain all safety/sanitation procedures and Standards
Hiring/Firing/Training staff.
Hold Systems Accountable to maintain sales/cleanliness/Guest perception
Develop relationship with Ownership/KM to keep standards/sales moving in a positive direction.
