The Vertical Manager for the T&L (Transportation and Logistics) sector is responsible for creating the strategy, defining demand generation tactics and working with the extended marketing team to execute and measure marketing campaigns that accelerate the growth and drive revenue of Productivity Solution and Services (PSS) in both direct sell and channel models. Primary responsibilities in this role include leading the creation and execution for strategic marketing initiatives designed design to nurture and drive opportunities for all T&L solutions – hardware, software and services.

You will be an individual contributor and manage by influence across the organization, helping identify opportunities to collaborate on marketing initiatives and best practices. You will work closely across Regional Marketing and Offering Management to build and execute marketing programs that align with Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services goals and support the regional and global goals.

This position will use the full spectrum of marketing strategy and tactics to ensure achievement of revenue growth. This role requires the ability to serve as both a strategist and a hands-on participant, creating innovative marketing programs and executing effective marketing activities with measurable results.

  • Drive and own the 3-year strategic planning process for T&L, including long term strategic initiatives, near term actions and market analysis
  • Define and develop T&L specific marketing campaigns from both broad-based and account-based marketing approach
  • Work closely with Sales leaders and Sales account owners to understand end user VOC and become well versed with top, strategic accounts.
  • Ensure Regional Marketing teams are included in campaign development and aligning Channel Marketing programs.
  • Work with Offering Management teams (HW, SW and Services) within the PSS business for inclusion of new products and solutions key differentiators and integration of messaging on T&L specific solutions.
  • Develop and define marketing campaigns that reflect T&L specific positioning.
  • Work across the Marketing organization to lead the identification and creation of content and tools that ensure adoption of marketing assets by the Sales and Channel teams to drive business growth.
  • Communicate meaningful results from key marketing programs to key stakeholders/executive leadership teams.
