Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective compliance program utilizing Metrc
- Monitor compliance with OMMA laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Investigate any compliance issues or violations
- Provide guidance on compliance matters
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations that may affect the company

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Metrc software
- Solid knowledge of OMMA rules and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
