Earth Harbor is looking for a Production Manager!

Job Summary: The Production Manager is a key figure in the organization, primarily responsible for planning and organizing production schedules to align with company objectives and client expectations. This role involves a thorough assessment of project requirements, including estimation and allocation of resources necessary for successful project completion. You will be tasked with organizing incoming purchase orders along with the production schedule, prioritizing orders to ensure on-time deliveries. You will also need to hire temporary and permanent workers when needed.

This position also includes oversight of the production and quality assurance process, ensuring the quality of the products we send out. You will work closely with the inventory specialist, lab technicians, and fulfillment team; you will need to schedule the production needs for the fulfillment team, organize the compounding schedule for the chemists, and update Inflow with orders so the inventory specialist can prepare orders of product components. This position demands a professional with strong organizational skills and a keen focus on time management and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and efficiency goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely material availability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of production processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
