Café Lead

We're on the hunt for a passionate and caffeinated Café Lead to join our team of coffee-loving, smoothie-slinging, tea pouring heroes! The Café Lead will be the captain of our Café, steering the ship of smooth operations, out-of-this-world customer service, and a work environment that's as fun as a barrel of caffeinated monkeys!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily grind of our cafe like a pro, including scheduling, staff training, and inventory management.
• Brew up a positive work environment that keeps your team members as motivated as a triple-shot espresso.
• Keep an eye on the beans (aka finances), analyze sales data, and whip up strategies to boost revenue and profit like a barista with a secret ingredient.
• Ensure our cafe is as clean as a freshly washed coffee mug and as safe as a decaf latte, while keeping our food and beverage quality on point.
• Market our cafe like a pro, attracting new customers like bees to a honey pot (or should we say, coffee pot?).
• Handle customer complaints with the grace of a swan and the charm of a Disney princess, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Keep our equipment and facilities in tip-top shape, so we can keep the coffee flowing like a river of liquid gold. Help with hiring, training, and performance evaluations, because we want our team to be as amazing as our lattes.

Helpful and Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Previous experience in espresso and other specialty drink preparation preferred.
• Previous experience in a lead or management role preferred.
• Experience working in a retail and/or customer service-oriented environment preferred.
