Holistic Cafe Assistant Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the chiropractic office
• Check out product sales 
• Maintain a clean and stocked cafe area
• Manange and maintain inventory and work closely with accounts manager for budgeting
• End of day close out and key performance indicator calculation
• Be able to answer questions regarding holsitic healthy (gluten free, organic etc) products sold in cafe
• Back up to the front desk as needed:
• Answer phone calls and schedule/reschedule appointments using text message and telephone communication
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, and maintaining patient records in EMR system and dropbox

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role required
• Knowledge of chiropractic procedures and terminology is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using ER phone systems or similar software is preferred

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30am-6:30pm
• Tuesday: 12:30pm-6:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am-6:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am-2:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am-2:30pm
• Weekends as needed (Bi yearly seminars)
