Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls and emails from customers and employees
• Assist warehouse staff as requested
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Participating in acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Website supply catalog maintenance
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the website ordering process as seen by customers
• Administrative duties as requested
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Quickbooks necessary.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
