POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating programs in specific channels, supporting business objectives, lead generation and qualification efforts, fostering customer retention, providing Sales & Business Development support and advancing brand building, awareness and recognition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews current marketing material, including online, electronic and printed media, and makes content recommendations and/or revisions.
Sends periodic customer newsletters.
Responsible for overall administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform including data collection, data analysis and reporting.
Facilitates lead generation efforts through marketing automation in coordination with CRM platform.
Works with the Marketing Manager and Vice President Sales & Marketing to create new materials that enhance the marketability of EFI.
Research various market segments to help define target areas.
Performs special studies and develops data and information, assessment and recommendations as requested.
Updates and maintains the Company’s website and news blog.
Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.
Performs other related duties as required.
Collaborates, coordinates and participates in promotional activities and industry trade shows.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred, plus
3 years’ marketing related experience or
The equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of and experience with Marketing automation, CRM and content management platforms.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to use a telephone, computer and other office equipment.
Must be able to travel.
