POSITION SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews current marketing material, including online, electronic and printed media, and makes content recommendations and/or revisions.

• Sends periodic customer newsletters.

• Responsible for overall administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform including data collection, data analysis and reporting.

• Facilitates lead generation efforts through marketing automation in coordination with CRM platform.

• Works with the Marketing Manager and Vice President Sales & Marketing to create new materials that enhance the marketability of EFI.

• Research various market segments to help define target areas.

• Performs special studies and develops data and information, assessment and recommendations as requested.

• Updates and maintains the Company’s website and news blog.  

• Must continuously adhere to Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.

• Performs other related duties as required.

• Collaborates, coordinates and participates in promotional activities and industry trade shows.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred, plus

• 3 years’ marketing related experience or

• The equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of and experience with Marketing automation, CRM and content management platforms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

• Must be able to use a telephone, computer and other office equipment.

• Must be able to travel.
