• Your primary responsibility will be to help grow the Services business by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, leads and revenue. 
• This will include:

• Developing and executing a marketing calendar that aligns with Services business needs and opportunities
• Developing and deploying e-mail campaigns that generate a high volume of leads for the different Services businesses
• Developing and executing a continuous flow of creative engaging social media content
• Developing creative and engaging collateral that our sales and operations launch teams can use in their efforts
• Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

• In doing so, you will:

• Improve or identify new processes to improve workflows.
• Manage marketing project timelinesPrioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ongoing marketing agency relationship management and support.
• Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience being successful in a marketing role in a startup or other fast-moving entrepreneurial environments
• Experience with digital ad platforms (Hubspot, Constant Contact, Salesforce, etc.)
• Problem-solving mentality with ability to work against deadlines
• Practical knowledge of ad campaigns and marketing
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (or related digital/print software)
• Zoho Marketing Suite experience preferred
• Ability to create appealing email campaigns, social posts, and customer facing collateral.
• Some writing experience is preferred.
