Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist. This position will ensure a high level of customer appreciation for Eagle Eye Networks’ products, services, and channel program through strong support of resellers, end-users, and technology partnerships. This position will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work closely with Inside Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers and the Customer Care Team. This position is a great opportunity to get started within the technology sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Support for End Users and Resellers - Assisting and supporting resellers and/or end users via phone, chat, and email as needed.
  • Sales Coverage - Work with the Inside Sales Team to ensure coverage and availability across business hours and territories as needed.
  • Reseller Onboarding - Assist the sales team by providing potential resellers the required documentation via e-signature software and tracking it within Zoho CRM.
  • Quote Creation/Delivery - Create deals and quotes within Zoho CRM and EEN Admin and deliver them to resellers, partners or other EEN representatives.
  • Order submission - Verify and associate purchase orders with existing deals and submit them to customer care for processing. 
  • Zoho Data Management - Assist sales team in managing and maintaining accurate end user and reseller data in Zoho CRM.
  • Weekly Reporting - Weekly reports will consist of the following: Stats for the week: # of reseller calls, # of demos, # new resellers, highlights for the week, and lowlights for the week
  • Meet/Exceed Target KPIs - Consistently achieving call and deal creation metrics.
  • Ongoing Product Knowledge - Stay up to date with Eagle Eye Products and services through internal training and Eagle Eye University.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with resellers and end users via phone, chat, and email.
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Experience in using Zoho CRM for creating and managing deals and quotes.
  • Experience in handling the administrative tasks associated with deal creation and delivery.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various departments effectively 
  • Familiarity with CRMs and GSuite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar.
  • Successful track record setting and achieving Key Performance Indicators and goals.
