Position Description

E-J is seeking a Senior Estimator with MTA/ NYCTA Signal System experience. E-J Estimator’s work as a team performing comprehensive estimates on a computerized estimating system.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a complete take off
• Review all project documents
• Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
• Attend scope review meetings
• Participate in project turn over to field prices

Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player
• 5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical knowledge of construction (new & renovation)
• Transit experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, computerized estimating a plus

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 annually
