Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance personnel.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Inspect and maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and address equipment malfunctions.
• Manage the maintenance department budget and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to safety protocols and standards.

Pay: $55,919.92 - $67,344.42 per year
