We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become a part of our team. Ideal candidates are those seeking a stable and permanent position with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
environment with an eye for detail and accuracy to join our team.

Responsibilities and skills including but not limited to:

• Provide administrative and general support
• Provide accounting and clerical support.
• Assist with the data entry of accounts receivable and payable invoices.
• Assist with job costing entries and reconciliations.
• Assist accounting with special projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
• Entering accounts payable invoices
• Reconciling bank statements
• Assist in payroll processing
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Any other office/accounting duties as needed
• Team Player

Education:
High school degree
Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a preferred

Pre-Employment background check and drug screening is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
