Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Project Manager/Operations Manager. The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain, analyze, and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative information in order to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operations, or policies
• Organize, direct, coordinate planning and production of all contract activities
• Plan and direct tasks
• Determine resource requirements and costs
• Prepare and produce schedules
• Assign tasks to subordinates
• Monitor progress of tasks and preparing progress reports
• Review products before they are delivery
• Communicate with all levels of management orally and in writing
• Interfaces with client management including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Database maintenance and ad hoc reporting
• Establish and alter (as necessary) program organization to provide effective contract support.
• Provide quality assurance of team deliverable

Qualifications Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Accounting or other closely related discipline

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum six (6) years direct experience in a program management role
• Combined ten (10) years project management and program management experience
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Must have knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives
